First, select the health center you want to contact.

Calling hours on weekdays: Mon-Thu 8 am–4 pm and on Fridays and on the eve of public holidays 8 am–3 pm. You can find the phone numbers of the health centers below, next to the health center you use. 

We have a callback service: If your matter concerns non-urgent matters regarding your health condition, select 1. The callback request will be automatically directed to your personal nurse. If your matter concerns an urgent matter regarding your health condition, select 2. If your matter concerns a prescription renewal, changes to appointments or other matters, select 3.

If you want service in English, press 5. You will be called back as soon as possible. The callback will come from the health center's number. You cannot send a text message for a callback. You do not need to call multiple times, because the callback information is saved in the system.
